Ingredients

Units Scale

1 c Raw Almonds

3 c Fresh Drinking Water

1 tsp Cinnamon

34 tbsp Honey

1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

Pre-Soak Your Almonds: Soak your almonds in a bowl of water for at least 3 hours or overnight if possible to soften them before blending.

Rinse Your Almonds: Once softened, rinse your almonds completely using a fine mesh strainer (water should run clear).

Add Your Ingredients to a Blender: Add your almonds, fresh drinking water, vanilla, honey, and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth (30-seconds to 1-minute usually does it!).

Strain Your Almond Milk and Enjoy: Place your nut milk bag or a cheesecloth over a clean bowl and pour your blended almond milk into it, then wring it out until you’ve separated the almond skins from the almond milk. Transfer your almond milk into a bottle with a lid and store in the fridge for 5-7 days!
